2. Eligibility Requirements

General Requirements:
1. Graduates of senior‑secondary schools (SMA/SMK/MA), Package C, or recognised home‑school programmes whose year of graduation meets the specific pathway criteria.
2. Applicants must be no older than 22 years on the date of registration.

Programme–specific colour‑vision or psychometric tests are not required for FEB programmes.

3. Application Procedure (UM and SBUB)

  1. Create an account at pmb.undip.ac.id to obtain a unique BILLKEY.
  2. Pay the application fee through a partner bank using the BILLKEY (see Section 4).
  3. Complete the online application form once payment is verified.
  4. Upload the required documents (academic transcript, identity card, photograph, certificates).
  5. Print the Examination / Verification Card.
  6. Sit the computer‑based test (UM) or undergo portfolio assessment (SBUB).
  7. View the official results online.
  8. Upon acceptance, complete online enrolment and settle the first‑semester tuition (UKT).

4. Payment of the Application Fee

Present or input your BILLKEY at any partner bank listed below. Select the menu *Education Payment → Diponegoro University* and retain the receipt as proof of payment.

Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN)

  • Teller: State “Diponegoro University” and your BILLKEY; the teller will confirm the amount, process the payment, and issue a receipt.
  • ATM: Other Transactions → Payment → Multipayment → Education → Institution code 0004006 → enter BILLKEY → confirm the displayed amount.
  • Mobile Banking BTN: Payment → Education → Institution: Diponegoro University → Payment Type: Tuition → enter BILLKEY → validate and confirm

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)

  • Teller: Provide the university name and BILLKEY; the teller will process the payment and issue a receipt.
  • ATM: Payment → Education → Tuition (SPP) → Institution code 006 → enter BILLKEY → confirm payment.
  • BRImo Mobile App: Bills → Education → search “Diponegoro University” → enter BILLKEY → validate → confirm with transaction PIN.

Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)

  • Teller: Present your BILLKEY and mention Diponegoro University; the teller will confirm and issue a receipt.
  • ATM: Others → Payment → University → Student Payment Center → Institution code 8001 → enter BILLKEY → confirm.
  • Wondr App: Payment → Education → Provider: Diponegoro University → enter BILLKEY → verify details → authorise with PIN.

Bank Mandiri

  • Teller: Provide the BILLKEY and state Diponegoro University; obtain the stamped receipt.
  • ATM: Pay/Buy → Education → Institution code 10004 → enter BILLKEY → confirm the amount.
  • Livin’ by Mandiri: Pay → Education → Provider: Diponegoro University –10004 → enter BILLKEY → select payment account → confirm → authorise with PIN.

Bank Jateng

  • Teller: Inform the teller of Diponegoro University and present the BILLKEY; receive the receipt.
  • ATM: Payment → University → Student Number → Education code 072 → enter BILLKEY → proceed with payment.
  • Bima Mobile / Internet Banking: Payment → Education → Provider: Diponegoro University → enter BILLKEY → verify data → input MPIN or SMS‑PIN → confirm.

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)

  • Teller: Fill a Payment Slip with Academic Code 2675 + BILLKEY; sign and hand to the teller for processing.
  • ATM: Payment → Academic → Academic code 2675 + BILLKEY → verify transaction details → confirm.
  • BSI Mobile / BSI NET: Payment → Academic → Select Diponegoro University → enter BILLKEY → confirm data → authorise with PIN.

8. Guidance for Prospective Candidates

  • Select the admission pathway strategically; the largest quotas are available through the Institutional Test (UM) and SNBT.
  • Prepare thoroughly for highly competitive programmes, notably Management and Accounting.
  • Plan your finances well in advance — semester tuition ranges from IDR 500.000 to IDR 7.500.000, depending on the assigned UKT category.
  • Consider the International Undergraduate Programme (IUP) for English‑medium instruction and overseas exchange opportunities.

Review Entry Requirements

  1. General Requirements
  • Graduation from a senior‑secondary school; or
  • Completion of a three‑year International Diploma Programme; or
  • Possession of an international qualification regarded as equivalent to the above.
  1. Language Requirements

All International Undergraduate Programmes are delivered in English, whereas Regular Programmes are conducted in Bahasa Indonesia. Applicants must therefore meet one of the following minimum English‑proficiency scores: TOEFL PBT 500; TOEFL CBT 173; TOEFL iBT 60; or IELTS 5.5. Candidates applying to a Regular (Bahasa Indonesia‑medium) Programme must additionally hold a BIPA Level 3 certificate (Indonesian Language Course for Non‑Native Speakers).

Applicants who previously attended an overseas higher‑education institution must submit a diploma that has been legalised by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE). Only diplomas from foreign universities recognised by the DGHE will be processed.

Comprehensive information on tuition fees, cost of living and scholarship schemes is available on the International Office website: https://io.undip.ac.id/admissions/.

Submit Your Application

  1. Create an account at https://admission.undip.ac.id/. Use an active e‑mail address, as all notifications will be sent to this account.
  2. Complete the online form: choose your study programme and upload the required documents (PDF format, maximum 1 000 KB each). Indicate your scholarship status using the drop‑down menu.
  3. Review your application and click “Submit” once all documents are attached. Universitas Diponegoro charges no application fee.

Respond to Your Acceptance

Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) in their application account and via e‑mail. Confirm your intention to enrol by writing to io@live.undip.ac.id. The LoA is valid for two admission periods; you may request a one‑year deferral if necessary.

Getting Ready for Universitas Diponegoro

Applying for a Student Visa: Indonesia issues a Student Visa (Temporary Stay Visa, C‑9) for international students. Guidance is available at https://io.undip.ac.id/visa-and-stay-permit/.

Preparing to Move to Semarang: Familiarise yourself with the city’s climate, transportation, healthcare facilities, cuisine and cultural norms. International health insurance may be required.

Finding Accommodation: Options include hotels, serviced apartments, rented rooms (kost) and the university dormitory. Book early, especially during peak intake periods.

Airport Pick‑up Service: Diponegoro International Office provides an airport pick‑up service. Book at least one week before arrival.
